All Fixed

Coit sent over a handyman who repainted the damaged walls, and repaired and re-varnished the woodwork. Looks like if you have a problem with a company like this you shouldn't give up in disgust like I did but keep after them, because they might actually be able to fix it.

Making it Better

Every time Coit called for a year or so after that I told them I didn't want servce because they had damaged my walls and woodwork last time. Today they sent an assessor who is going to physically mend the damage, so I took down the pictures, at their request.
